In this section you will find updated information on the “World Entrepreneur Forum” which will be held in Zaragoza, Spain, which is expected to attract participants from over 100 countries.

A great number of activities will be arranged during this Forum with the aim of meeting the business, commercial, social and humane needs of the participants.

This forum will be held after both the “World Economic Forum” in Davos, Switzerland and the “World Social Forum” in Port Alegre, Brazil and will thus endeavour to transmit to these Forums and others, the opinions of business people, organisations and SMES from all over the world.

    

GENERAL OBJECTIVIES OF THE FORUM

The World Entrepreneur Forum is a worldwide initiative therefore all the meetings and activities carried out during the event will contain a global aspect.

  • Each Forum activity will serve to stimulate the creation of platform for the exchange of experiences on an international level.

  • We will strive to achieve global recognition of the entrepreneur and the company as vehicles for the creation of employment and welfare. 

  • The Forum will serve as an open space for the free exchange of ideas, the promotion of business innovation and the support of business co-operation.

  • We want to create a business spirit in Europe, as well as in the world at large, which is open to the digital culture.  

  • We will foment a culture of entrepreneurship and disseminate new information technologies among young business people.

 

ACTIVITIES OF THE FORUM

Plenary sessions:  Personalities and prominent figures from the business, economic and political world, selected from well known names from each of the 5 continents. These sessions will take place each day between 11:30 and 14:00 hours.  

- Opening Plenary Sesion

- A New  Vision: Business Responsibility,  1st day, 12:00 hr. 

 -Globalisation: Positives and Negatives effects, 2nd day , 12:00 hr.  . 

- Football: Business, and Company, 2nd day, 12:30 hr.

- New Challenges Businesswomen,  2nd day, 16:30 hr.

- The new economy: Globalization and Leadership, 3rd day, 11:30 hr.

- Excellence in the New Company - TOM PETERS, 3rd day, 13:00 hr.

 

Seminars, Debates and Workshops:  Over 150 seminars and workshops will be sponsored by the collaborating organisations and participants of the Forum and will embrace such thematic and vanguard areas as:

  • Foreign Trade Area

  • Business Management Area

  • Sports and Business Area

  • Leisure & Tourism Area

  • Women & Business Area

Business Creation Best Practice Competition:  A real exposition of 100 best practices for fomenting business creation.  These concrete practices or actions respond to initiatives of an entrepreneurship character from all over the world.

Face to face meetings:   At least 4 months prior to the event, the organisers of the Forum will set up a website whereby participants will have the opportunity to establish contact with other organisations and companies, with whom they can have face-to-face meetings during the event. These face-to-face meetings will be considered as a very important part of the Forum.

Exhibition Fair:  A Fair within the Forum whereby the different collaborating entities can exhibit their activities and business progress.

Working breakfasts and lunches:  Prestigious international personalities will share breakfast and/or lunch with participants interested in posing questions related to the activity of the speaker.

Recreational activities:  One of the outstanding features of Spain, and in particular the city of Zaragoza, is the great possibility for having fun and enjoyment. The Forum organisers will thus set out a social agenda to ensure the participants can enjoy themselves and have plenty of fun!  

 

  PRE-REGISTRATION

The Organising Committee have decided to offer a special rate to the first 1000 inscriptions to attend the I World Entrepreneur Forum, therefore we will adhere to a rigorous pre-registration order as these special rates will be valid on a first come first serves basis.

You have two registration options: as an individual participant or as the representative of an Organisation. Choose the option which is more suitable for you.
